ဓမၼပဒ

၁။ လူမိုက္တို႔သည္ ဤေလာက၌ မိမိတို႔ အၿမဲမေန ေသရဦးမည္ကို မေအာက္ေမ႔ မဆင္ၿခင္ဘဲ ခိုက္ရန္ပြားကုန္၏။
ပညာရွိတို႔သည္ကား မိမိတို႔ အၿမဲမေန ေသရဦးမည္ကို သိၿမင္ ဆင္ၿခင္ၾက၍ ၊ သူမိုက္တို႔ကို မတုဘဲ ၊ ခိုက္ရန္ၿငိမ္းေအာင္ၿပဳကုန္၏။

1.Many do not know what we are here in this world to live in harmony. Those who know this do not fight against each other.

၂။ ဤေလာက၌ ရန္တို႔သည္ ရန္တံု႔မူၿခင္းအားၿဖင္႔ ဘယ္အခါမွ မၿငိမ္းကုန္။ ရန္တံု႔မမူသၿဖင္႔သာလ်င္ ရန္တို႔သည္ ၿငိမ္းကုန္၏။ ဤသို႔ရန္တံု႔မမူသၿဖင္႔ ရန္ၿငိမ္းၿခင္းသည္ ေရွးအစဥ္အလာ ဓမၼတာ သေဘာေပတည္း။

2.For hate is not conquered by hate: hate is conquered by love. This is a law eternal.

၃။ ဤသူသည္ ငါ႔ကို ဆဲေရး၏ ။ ငါ႔ကို ညွင္းဆဲ၏ ။ ငါ႔ကို ႏုိင္၏ ။ ငါ၏ ဥစၥာကို ခိုး၏ ဟူ၍ စိတ္၌ အမ်က္ထားလ်က္ ရန္ၿငိဳးဖြဲ႔ ၾကေသာသူတို႔မွာ ရန္သည္မၿငိမ္းေလ။ စိတ္၌ အမ်က္မထား ရန္ၿငိဳးမဖြဲ႔ၾကေသာ သူတို႔မွာ ရန္သည္ၿငိမ္းေလ၏ ။

3.He insulted me, he hurt me, he defeated me, he robbed me. Those who think not such thoughts will be free from hate.
